The IT Security Program Managers role focuses on managing expectations with Information Security and the Business to ensure delivery of the services that IT Security provides. The role will manage IT Security projects, drive the remediation’s of any reliability issues, track service metrics, manage project budgets and helping lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead IT security projects, programs and management of the portfolio

• Execute upon the resource and demand management program

• Represent department in resolving problems with the business and be able to work in a joint effort to provide resolutions to issues

• Actively drive project efforts with IT leadership and all discussions with various levels of staff as they pertain to implementing tasks

• Provide direction and guidance to IT leaders regarding best practices and solutions that support business goals and objectives.

• Other job-related duties as requested

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

• Five (5) + years of experience in Project and Program Management, where the majority of duties include the delivery of projects on time and within budget

PREFERRED:

• Previous project management experience

• Previous experience in technology with strong working knowledge and understanding of information security frameworks, incident management, operations and application security best practices and regulatory requirements

• Proven track record of strategic leadership, excellent experience motivating team members and building a cohesive unit

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Nevada, Michigan, and Mississippi Gaming Licenses required.

• PMP Certification preferred

• ITIL preferred
