Brittany Faccinetti with Robert Half Finance & Accounting (brittany.faccinetti@roberthalf.com) is recruiting for a small company Controller opportunity in Sparks, Nevada! This company services the mining industry, yields approximately $20m in annual revenue, and serves as a subsidiary of their Canadian operation. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for all financial and accounting operations, including but not limited to production of monthly financial statements, balance sheet, production of P&L statements, general ledger, journal entries, and overseeing a small accounting operations team of 3. This role has very limited turnover (last Controller was there for about a decade), is stable, and offers a 40-hour per week Controller opportunity!!!! Benefits are lucrative, including a profit sharing pool distributed to all staff members, healthcare options, 401k match, PTO, etc. Degree is highly preferred, but may consider a candidate with industry experience in lieu of. Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field preferred

• Experience in construction, mining or manufacturing environments preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience serving in a leadership capacity

• Sage Software would be helpful

• Ability to partner with multiple levels in the organization
