Job Title: Lead, Project Manager

Successfully lead the Program Services for Nevada Shared Radio System (NSRS) Program
Provide Site Management for one of the three customers for the (NSRS) Program.
Direct/Lead the responsibilities and activities of the program services team, which will include site management, subcontract administration, oversee field installation, and communicate with the factory to field team.
Manage the day to day requirements through all phases of the site development from inception to completion (e.g., design, planning, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and system acceptance).
Provide strategic direction and set priorities to deliver to plans/budget and resolve day-to-day project issues as it relates to Program Services (site development, site equipment and civils).
Perform risk/issue assessment, tracking, resolution, escalation and closeout to ensure satisfactory program service performance and delivery.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate schedules, well defined statements of work, identified and quantified risk, highest quality, and costs within budget.
Oversee and manage all subcontractor deliverables. Working with Subcontract Management; where applicable.
Manage and maintain program management tools, metrics, and related processes.
Instill process discipline and a culture of accountability focused on customer satisfaction, and product quality.
Be on project site minimum 2-3 weeks a month.
Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) or equivalent experience
10+ years’ experience as a project manager/site manager estimating, staffing, managing, controlling, administering, budgeting and executing telecommunication systems
Experience/knowledge of LMR systems, trunked P25 radio systems, and microwave/fiber backhaul.
Experience with site civils, construction and installation of telecommunications equipment.
10+ years’ experience with customer interface. Demonstrated strong customer focus.
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills.
Must be fluent in English (verbal and written communications)
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Able to work within a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team environment to complete contractual commitments.
Should have demonstrated the capacity to effectively foster team building within and beyond his/her work group.
Must be able to multi-task between multiple consecutive critical tasks.
Should possess shared L3Harris values of Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, and Accountability.
Approximately 50% travel within the State of Nevada anticipated.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Master’s Degree (MBA or MS) or equivalent
• State of Nevada Contractors License
