Come join the t4i team as a Service Desk Analyst 2 supporting the Reno site as an onsite technician.
What you'll bring
Knowledge of database software and Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a computer technology or equivalent experience
Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software is preferred.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users effectively.
Previous desktop support for both PC and Mac, IS technician, IT Support experience is required.
Experience with LanDesk and Jampf is a plus
Strong ability to work independently as part of a larger team
How you will lead
Technician installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to company computer hardware and software systems.
Provides technical assistance and training to system users
Provides upkeep and maintenance of Video Conferencing rooms
Works as assistant to the network team for upgrades and testing
Provides phone support for the service desk during Covid WFH period
