Intuit Service Desk Analyst 2 in Reno, Nevada

Overview

Come join the t4i team as a Service Desk Analyst 2 supporting the Reno site as an onsite technician.

What you'll bring

  • Knowledge of database software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a computer technology or equivalent experience

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users effectively.

  • Previous desktop support for both PC and Mac, IS technician, IT Support experience is required.

  • Experience with LanDesk and Jampf is a plus

  • Strong ability to work independently as part of a larger team

How you will lead

  • Technician installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to company computer hardware and software systems.

  • Provides technical assistance and training to system users

  • Provides upkeep and maintenance of Video Conferencing rooms

  • Works as assistant to the network team for upgrades and testing

  • Provides phone support for the service desk during Covid WFH period
