Oracle Paid Media Analytics in Reno, Nevada

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

Join us as Business Analytics Manager to enable holistic approach across paid media strategy, operations and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key market dynamics in paid media, best practices and trends using qualitative and quantitative analysis

  • Support VP of Paid Media as Chief of Staff and conduct various analysis periodically or one-time, as needed. Includes conducting periodic competitive analysis including digital investments, customer perception, brand positioning and competitive differentiation including drilldown on contributing factors

  • Structure analysis and develop project plan(s) to deliver high impact recommendations to meet broad paid media strategic goals. Maintain pipeline of analysis, tailor approach and integrate research insights to develop point(s) of view for Senior Leadership across Marketing and Sales teams

  • Establish and drive various KPIs across paid media strategy and operations to measure innovation, effectiveness and other metrics

  • Develop paid media team’s assets and knowledge base, and nurture relationship with external network. Leverage best practices to scale and institutionalize analysis capabilities for various forums like white papers and presentations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, advertising or engineering required

  • 5 years experience in marketing, sales, advertising, B2B and/or Tech

  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to synthesize research and industry trends for business audience, and customize approach for various communication forums like white papers and presentation decks

  • Proficient in a variety of top down and bottom up analysis to understand a diverse set of perspectives, process quantitative data and provide high impact, innovative recommendations for Paid Media Leadership

  • Collaborative approach in working across teams in paid media analytics, strategy and operations. High flexibility, strong project management skills and ability to manage initiatives effectively in a fluid environment

  • Passion for paid media landscape, embedding competitive differentiation in paid media approach and developing cohesive point(s) of view on emerging topics
