Brittany Faccinetti with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting for a Financial Analyst (or Sr. Financial Analyst) opportunity at a growing healthcare entity located here in Reno, Nevada! This is a unique opportunity to be apart of a significantly growing organization, with plans to double headcount in the next 5 years. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this individual will be responsible for full budgeting and full budget management for multiple entities and revenue streams. You will be tasked with measuring, analyzing and forecasting performance in conjunction with operation plans, and conducting financial modeling on a wide range of services. This individual will have strong visibility in the organization, with strong communications in relations to the financial data directly to the CEO and production of reports. This individual will be responsible for analysis on variance, and other reporting functions from a finance standpoint. A small percentage of the job will be in the accounting realm, including assisting with month-end close process, journal entries, and general ledger. The team estimates 85% finance, 15% finance functions. Client is open to a Financial Analyst outside of healthcare that is eager and hungry, or a Sr. Financial Analyst with healthcare experience. Compensation will be dependent on industry experience, years of experience, and educational background, and will range from $70k-$95k, with a full benefits package. Degree in Finance required, plus minimum of 2+ years experience (3+ years more ideal). Hybrid working situation being offered currently, and will likely continued to be offered post-COVID. • BA/BS degree in finance or a related field

• Skilled in Spreadsheet and ERP system

• Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

• Proficiency in variance analysis

• Comfortable with both finance and accounting functions
