Decon/RMA ProcessorBusiness Entity:iHamilton CompanyLocation:iReno, NViJob DescriptionHamilton Company is Hamilton Company is looking for a Decon/RMA Processor who will be performing all duties associated with returned goods. The Decon/RMA Processor will be responsible for the decontamination, preparation, sterilization and distribution of instruments utilizing infection control and safety practices during all phases of the process.Other responsibilities may include:Maintains a clean work areaCommunicates appropriately using good interpersonal skillsRemoving returned goods from packaging for cleaningCleaning and sterilizing equipment as necessary and following Hamilton Safety ProceduresEnter progress information in RMA document pertaining to returned goodsEnsure parts requiring rebuild or in-depth mechanical analysis are delivered to the respective departmentMust work independentlyAll other duties as assignediQualificationsBe conscientious, industrious, precise and reliableMust pay close attention to detail and have the ability to retain knowledge of the work involvedBe capable of planning and assessing priorities to maintain productionAccept responsibility and prefer activities of a repetitive natureWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management SystemsAbility to work harmoniously within the department as well as interfacing with all other departmentsPosition requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move light objectsKnowledge of decontamination and sterilization processKnowledge of proper PPE equipmentMust be able to pass a fit test for respiratoriEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentTechnical Certificate and/or LEAP or CTE Program Completion PreferredSome college preferred (2+ years)Experience with an autoclave sterilizer a plusiCompany DescriptionHamilton Company is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of manual, semi-automated and robotic products for precision fluid measuring.
