ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to join their team at Nellis AFB as Non-Kinetic Operations Support.
Provide a qualified workforce in order to prepare training systems and courseware development for Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO) during exercises and events at/from CAOC-N.
Provides support to NKO and provides in-depth instruction and training at the AOC cell, team, and positional levels for courses and exercises, training systems development, development of instructional systems, completes lesson plans, and conducts classroom instruction.
Present divergent professional opinions on significant national security and air operations doctrine, strategy, and concepts of operations relating to NKO.
Possesses working and relevant knowledge of AOC operations and C2 within the Air, Space, Cyber, Electronic Warfare (EW) and ISR arenas.
Advise and assist to determine the correct approaches to educating participants in the AOC Combat Operations & ISR Division during events.
Participate in CAOC-N training events as an instructor throughout the Planning, Briefing, Execution, and Debriefing (PBED) process.
Advise and assists squadron’s efforts/participation in Air Force and joint C2 exercises, experiments, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) validation events for NKO.
Performs duties as the AOC NK Duty Officer during those events. Participates in--and may lead--working groups, special study task forces, and research teams, and prepares and/or reviews position papers and other necessary documents for negotiations between AOC and USAF senior officials and their counterparts in DOD and other military services.
Plans and integrates NKO into activities and tasks through assessing, monitoring, and mitigating project objectives and risks.
Develops NKO inputs to C2 TTPs to be included in training/education/exercises.
Reviews and summarizes research topics which may engulf a wide range of new or emerging techniques/technologies that could enhance mission accomplishment.
May be tasked to liaise with Theater AOCs, Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC) and 624 OC NKO personnel for planning and enhancement of NKO TTPs.
Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations and strategy sessions.
Position will support planning (Concept development, Initial Planning, Mid Planning, Final Planning), execution and Lesson Learned/TTP development for Red Flag events and other COCOM, USAFWC, and 505 CCW events as required. When time permits between event planning/execution/L2 collection, NKDO will contribute to Weapons and Tactics Conferences (WEPTACs) to ensure the rapidly emerging NKO procedures and capabilities are integrated into the USAFWC and CAOC-N exercises/tests/events.
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
Must have a eligibility at a minimum TS/SCI and eligible for Special Access Programs (SAP).
Must have knowledge in coalition and multi-service electronic warfare, space, and cyber processes.
Must have understanding of cyber operations planning, tasking, execution, and coordination within and outside the AOC. Preferred graduate of USAF cyber course.
Must have as a minimum of 1 year as cyber planner. Minimum of 3 years within AOC’s Combat Operations Division (COD) or Combat Plans Division (CPD). Subject matter expert on cyber effects. Experience coordinating cyber operation activities on behalf of the AOC.
Should have previous instructor/evaluator experience.
Should have knowledge of AOC exercises and exercise constructs including Live, Virtual, Constructive and combinations. Should have knowledge of exercise management and MSEL processes.
