Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Operations Research Analyst in Nellis AFB, Nevada

SPA has a near-term need for well-qualified Operations Research Analyst. The position’s primary focus is to work in a collaborative environment as an operations analyst and data engineer/manager supporting future development of the Directed Energy testing.
The ideal candidate will provide Mathematical and operational analysis for Directed Energy testing, maintain a Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) for various test events, work with a collaborative team, execute meetings to include writing the after action reports (AARs), will provide technical analysis/advice to the government client regarding directed energy testing.
Required Qualifications:
Operations research, data science or similar technical BS degree from accredited college/university.
5+ years' operational research experience supporting military units/operations.
Hold an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility (current SSBI investigation).
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years' operations research analyst experience at unit HQ or above.
Prior staff officer experience desired, particularly with Command and Control expertise.
Master's degree in operations research or similar field from an accredited college/university.
