Title: Talent Insights Consultant Sr.
Location: Work in an Anthem office- ideally in Indianapolis or Chicago

Full-time, Salary, Normal Business Hours
Talent Insights Consultant Sr.assumes an advisory role to support CHRO and Executive Leadership Team with both executive summaries and in-depth analyses for executive decision support.
Primaryduties may include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to produce business-facing scorecards, dashboards, and reporting solutions that translate workforce insights to business objectives, and drive strategic discussions, decisions, and investment.
Applies LEAN Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or similar systematic approaches to conduct analytics projects and support transformation initiatives for continuous improvement.
Uses business intelligence and analytical systems and tools (e.g., SQL, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau Desktop and Server, SAS) to conduct analyses, develop priority dashboards, craft storytelling, and deliver business insights.
Delivers statistical and predictive models (e.g., drivers for turnover, workforce productivity, etc.) to support executives, business and operations leaders, and other stakeholders on data-driven decision-making and action planning.
Utilizes best practices in project management, business analysis, change management, and continuous improvement to develop and refine internal processes.
Demonstrates best practices in Human Resource Management (HRM) by contributing lessons learned via publications and industry award submissions.
BA/BS in computer science, business, math, industrial management/engineering or related field
10 years of BI development, data warehouse design and data mining including working experience with SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) data; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
7 years of experience working with data including data sourcing, data analysis, and data integration.
7 years of experience in program/project management.
7 years of experience in data visualization required, preferably in Tableau.
Ability to design and develop complex mappings, session, workflows, and identify areas of optimizations.
Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority.
Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
M Master’s degree in related field preferred.
Oracle BI experience – preferred
Working knowledge of the following HR/OD processes: talent acquisition, retention, performance management, learning and development, competency modeling, coaching and mentoring, learning management, succession management, and HR/people/workforce analytics.
Experience in business/management consulting
Knowledge and experience in HR/People Analytics Technology, e.g., Emsi, LinkedIn Talent Insights, etc.
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Project Management (PMP) Certification
