Looking for a Korean speaking Technical Support Sales Engineer

Las Vegas, NV (Remote for now)

Job Objectives: Bridging the gap between the sales team and customers by providing answers and advices to technical queries, translating complex information to customers, and representing various aspects of the product.

Job Description:

Seeking a motivated engineer to join our sales team who can support the growth of our business with existing customers as well as potential customers.

Ideal candidate would

be a highly motivated self-starter, who can perform duties with little or no supervision. The candidate is also expected to be genuinely passionate about helping others

Excellent with written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean. Schedule:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule and maintain the overall new projects Answer technical questions about gaming display hardware and software

Perform product demonstration for customers

Assist customers with installation and configuration

Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues Assist engineering teams by escalating and reproducing customer issues until a solution is found Add and improve technical documentation

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Sales 3+ years of professional technical support experience required

Must be a US citizen

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
