*JOB SUMMARY: *
The Pharmacy Clinical Specialist - Pediatric Specialist Neonatal ICU is an experienced practitioner with advance clinical skills; he or she provides direct patient-specific pharmacotherapy and clinical services to the hospital patients following current, evidence-based guidelines and in conformity of applicable medication management standards. The Pharmacy Clinical Specialist is a medication management resource to the patient care team.

Must be a graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited bhy the American Council Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) leading to a Bachelor of Science or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy
Completion of an accredited residency program or
Pharm. D. with a minimum of three years' clinical pharmacy practice in a predominantly collaborative pharmacotherapy setting is required or
B.S. of Pharmacy with a minimum of five years' clinical pharmacy practice in a predominantly collaborative pharmacotherapy setting is required.
Current Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or other clinical specialties is preferred.
Prior experience providing pharmacotherapy in a collaborative institutional setting required.
Prior experience providing education/instruction to health care professionals is required.
Prior experience in pediatric clinical pharmacy/ Neonatal ICU preferred
Current Nevada license to practice pharmacy or eligibility required.
