Description

The successful candidate will join IGT’s operations team and have responsibility for the coordination, tracking and delivery of software releases, upgrades and operational projects. Assigned to manage our Atlantic City customer base and technology, you will work in close collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure the on time delivery of assigned projects and planned product rollouts. Open to San Francisco location as well.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the commercial team, establish a robust and achievable customer facing product roadmap based on planned product deliveries

• Plan and coordinate all tasks and assignments from QA completion to production deployment and enablement

• Develop timelines and project documentation for assigned projects;

• Manage the coordination and prioritization of identified bugs and fixes

• Support the coordination of the activities of multi-disciplinary teams in the achievement of project objectives and outcomes

• Identify project risks and make recommendations for preempting / removing project barriers and roadblocks

• Identify areas for process efficiency and drive automation of work flow wherever possible

• Set up project governance routines, ensuring transparent and timely communication

• Game release planning for auditor testing, jurisdictional / customer approvals and production release

• Core technology release planning and coordination, focusing on the operational tasks and dependencies

• Management and follow up of major incidents and identifying areas for improvement

• Identifying areas for process or tool improvements

• Software configuration (via UI)

• Coordinate release notes for all customers

First Year Goals

• Develop a deep understanding of IGT’s software releases process and interactive business

• Develop reliable customer roadmap in conjunction with the commercial team

• Successfully manage and deliver releases to customer expectations

• Make recommendations for improvements in the delivery process

• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders

• Delivery of product software to customer committed timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field experience

• 3+ years’ experience in a multi-functional Project or Program Manager role with a software delivery environment

• Experienced in process design and implementation

• Experience in client facing environment

• Experience managing multiple complex projects involving cross functional groups.

• Advanced skills in Excel, MS Project and Jira

• Experience in process engineering and implementation

• Strong sense of project ownership and willingness to go above and beyond to chase down loose ends and deliver projects on time

• Strong technical acumen, with basic knowledge of key web and software technologies and processes

• Demonstration of solid oral and written communication skills, interacting with cross functional groups

• Ability to create strong working relationships to manage cross functional groups and leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital casino games, terminology / industry a distinct advantage

• Knowledge / experience operating in a highly regulated industry

Special requirements needed

Must be at least 21 years of age

Able to obtain a Gaming License
