Osmose is currently seeking a NESC Specialist. This person will ensure that all contracted services meet current NESC standards through inspections and audits while maintaining a safe and quality work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular utility pole inspections to ensure compliance with NESC requirements and identify and repair any violations.

  • Train, equip and supervise field crews to consistently perform high quality work. Ensure that the terms and conditions of every contract are met to the customer's complete satisfaction.

  • Provide field crew personnel with the work environment, tools, and knowledge necessary to meet and exceed production goals.

  • Uphold the company’s safety standards.

    Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of NESC and its relationship to the Oregon Joint Use Association (OJUNS).

  • GO95 a plus but not required.

  • Must hold an Oregon pesticide license or be able to attain one.

  • NESC certification is desired.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

  • Willing to travel overnight (50% or more) and work varied hours as necessary throughout Oregon, Eastern Washington and Northern California.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Must be available for work Monday through Saturday.
