Securus Technologies Intelligence Liaison in Las Vegas, Nevada
Responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Accounts managers will be the liaison between customers and internal Guarded Exchange, Securus and contracted teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to State Entity.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer contacts.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the State Entity’s needs and objectives.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the State Entity.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Identify and grow opportunities within the State territory.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Perform duties as the On-Site Investigative Administrator
Perform duties as the Wireless Containment Systems Analyst.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an Account Manager or equivalent experience.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
