What does a great Implementations Analyst do?
As an Implementations Analyst in our Fiserv CRM discipline, you are a data scientist, an application consultant, a programmer, a respected client advisor, an analyst, a builder, a designer, a problem solver, an instructor, a technologist, and a continual learner.
For clients, you will provide enterprise wide data management consultation, architecture, programming, and support to banks and credit unions. You will guide clients on turning Fiserv tools into institution wide solutions for their information architecture. Your journey will include consulting, configuration, instruction, design, execution, analysis, and delivery. You will work to mentor clients as they build and improve customer relationships, market share, and revenues through data.

This is s a client facing role where professional communication and consultative support is required on every project.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Business Analysis, Database Engineering, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Experience working with custom information systems, business analytics engines, reporting data bases, and marketing data, including the building of queries, reports, and dashboards, preferably in the financial or financial services industry
Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data, as well as lead discussions on business and technical topics
Proficient SQL whether through the creation of queries, extract, reports, or scripting for Oracle databases
Solid understanding of banking, including lending, consumer demographics, and PII process, policies, procedures, reporting, and regulations
Working knowledge of DNA, CRM/BI, iVue, Integrator, DNA Market, or Integrator Advance tooling.
Knowledgeable in PL/SQL, with understanding and exposure to the development of database objects, including editing stored procedures, as well as writing functions, packages and triggers
Ability to validate programming results against requirements and donor data
Outstanding client services skills in a service oriented environment or role
Must be self-directed and willing to work under strict deadlines with precision and accuracy
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks to completion with minimal supervision and deliver on time sensitive project tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience coaching clients through technical issues and long-term projects
Ability to multi-task and change direction in a fast-paced delivery focused environment
Travel required :
Up to 40%
