U.S. Bank Global Treasury Management Product Manager – Integrated Payables Solutions in Las Vegas, Nevada

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective and dynamic Product Manager to lead our pursuit of effectively delivering solutions to meet client need in the fast-moving Payments space. This highly visible and strategic role will collaborate with internal partners to drive an enterprise approach to solve key customer challenges. Success will be measured through profitable growth of the product portfolio, effective and proactive risk mitigation efforts, and collaborative partnering to drive client satisfaction.


  • Devise strategies to develop and commercialize Integrated Payables solutions leveraging data integration and analytics, core and emerging payment services, supplier enrollment and other capabilities.

  • Collaborate with internal constituents to ensure solutions align to client needs and drive value across the entire payment process.

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap; manage and maintain all elements of product or service including pricing, sales, target market definition, sales readiness, marketing, customer support model, etc.

  • Manage concurrent initiatives, evaluate and adapt new concepts quickly and drive the innovation cycle.

  • Create winning partnerships across organizational boundaries in a busy, fast-paced work environment.

  • Follow industry trends and identify existing and emerging client pain points to develop market leading solutions to help our corporate clients optimize working capital and maximize efficiencies.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 8 - 10 or more years of experience as a Product Manager

  • Client focused; ability to assess solution development opportunities.

  • Passion for building innovative solutions that solve client challenges.

  • Ability to work in a cross functional team environment and be a good team player.

  • Demonstrated technical marketing and marketing research skills.

  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong financial and competitive analysis and PC skills.


  • Thorough knowledge of competitive market, operations and various products and services within Cash Management and specifically Payments.

  • Understanding of standard file formats and transmission protocols applicable to Payments business.

  • Strategic thinking skills: ability to sees opportunities, build and defend compelling business cases.

  • Highly motivated and tenacious; perseverance and resilient in pursuing objectives despite challenges.

  • Mature business judgment; ability to be proactive, well organized and results-oriented.

  • MBA preferred.
