Role: Flow Application Manager

Location: Western North America

Reports to: Director of Global Application for Flow Cytometry

Scope:

The North America Flow Application Manager is responsible for the management of Flow Application Team in North America and supporting Flow Cytometry sales rep within a dedicated territory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure “daily” management to dedicated North American Flow Apps team

• Manage priorities regarding available resources

• Set individual financial target to direct reports

• Define P4G and D4G for his team using Workday

• Contribute to the achievement of financial targets (own and team)

• Conduct demonstrations of hardware and reagents if needed

• Provide scientific and technical support on the instruments and systems

• Ensure on-time implementation

• Conduct customer on-site training

• Advise the customer on protocol optimization

• Perform systematic reports

• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Answer to technical part of tenders

Job Specification:

• Product support experience in Flow Cytometry

• High level of knowledge in Flow Cytometry

• Has a strong background in immunology and hematology

• Master’s degree with 3+ years exp.
