NextGuest Digital Digital Project Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada

Project Managers at NextGuest Digital provide high touch service to our hospitality clients with the goal of implementing successful projects as trusted partners. Through thoughtful planning, collaboration and results driven conversations, our Project Managers help our clients achieve their goals.

As a Project Manager, you are the day to day contact for your clients with active projects and have a responsibility to understand the scope and context of all website technology your clients want to execute with a high level of attention to detail. You are accountable for managing internal and external stakeholders, driving the team and hitting milestones and deadlines.

The Project Managers at NextGuest Digital:

  • Own entire projects, managing timelines, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project delivery dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon

  • Collaborate with different departments from Sales, Account Management, Design, Product, Development, SEO, Reporting and Programming to gain alignment and transform information into a cohesive plan to drive completion

  • Lead and inspire teams by communicating vision for the project

  • Actively monitor project risks and scope to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance

  • Serve as a main client contact on projects, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations

  • Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and leadership on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels

  • Consistently identify needs that your clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs

  • Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external status meetings (i.e. coordinate and facilitate meetings, draft and issue timely agendas and re-caps, follow up on action items, etc.)

  • Be passionate about delivering the best creative, but find ways of producing it that it does not jeopardize schedule and budget

  • Conduct quality assurance testing on all deliverables

  • Ensure a smooth hand off at the end of the project to an Account Manager or to the customer

  • Cultivate and demonstrate an interest and awareness of trends and best practices as related to the hospitality industry


  • Bachelor?s Degree

  • 3+ years of related professional experience, including Digital Project Management experience supporting cross-functional digital projects

  • Professional maturity, composure, and emotional intelligence

  • Knowledge of project management/planning software

  • You thrive under deadlines and juggling multiple and competing priorities

  • Excellent client facing and relationship management skills

  • Flexible, show initiative, dedicated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Willingness to travel as requested

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear, succinct and timely communication and proven ability to foster important relationships with key stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

  • Driver of change management, comfortable navigating ambiguity with the ability to find calm and structure in chaos
