What you Will Do:
Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
Coordinate with sportsbook colleagues to help resolve customer issues
Interact with co-workers in a fun and supportive environment.

Operate in a team environment with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal
Handle customer inquiries and complaints through to resolution
Provide information to our customers about their account and transactions
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best the solution to solve the problem; expediting correction and following up to ensure resolution
Have a genuine interest in helping customers, both internal and external
Possess excellent listening and communication skills
Displays initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism
What you Will Need:
You will need to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
You must be 21 years of age or older.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be available to work nights, holidays and weekends
Ability to multitask
Gives quick and effective speed of service
Able to handle complaints and difficult situations in a calm and patient manner
Ensures high standards, show initiative, proactivity, and professionalism
Flexibility to perform different tasks and follow procedures correctly
Has the drive and enthusiasm for personal development
This is an entry level role paying $13.00 per hour
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
Regular attendance in the office
