What you Will Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center environment

  • Coordinate with sportsbook colleagues to help resolve customer issues

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through to resolution

  • Provide information to our customers about their account and transactions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best the solution to solve the problem; expediting correction and following up to ensure resolution

  • Have a genuine interest in helping customers, both internal and external

  • Possess excellent listening and communication skills

  • Displays initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism

What you Will Need:

  • You will need to successfully complete a background check and drug screen

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be available to work nights, holidays and weekends

  • Ability to multitask

  • Gives quick and effective speed of service

  • Able to handle complaints and difficult situations in a calm and patient manner

  • Ensures high standards, show initiative, proactivity, and professionalism

  • Flexibility to perform different tasks and follow procedures correctly

  • Has the drive and enthusiasm for personal development

  • This is an entry level role paying $13.00 per hour
