The Application Product Manager develop s full - product lifecycle initiatives, automates business processes, and drives the application strategy to evolve the self-service model. This role ensures delivery of key enhancements to the application and the associated training. The Application Product Manager improves operational efficiency, effectiveness, and agility by creating and delivering business‐aligned future states and roadmaps. This role manages the balance of the technological dependencies of the SaaS platform. The Application Product Manager collaborates with other areas to increase operational effectiveness through analyzing operational metrics, identifying trends, conducting root cause analysis and recommending solutions.
Designs and develops continuous enhancement of enterprise employee portal solutions based on business requirements and the promotion of employee self-service.
Leads triage of incidents, determines root cause, and creates lasting solutions.
Translates discovery and process flow into detailed documents to ensure clear and complete understanding for solution delivery and testing.
Leverages understanding of technical architectures, capacity plans, tools requirements, automation, and product implementation plans.
Supports the development, creation, and maintenance of technical documentation including functional configuration and process workflow.
Drives the application product strategy and product-related priorities.
Establishes tools, systems, and processes to measure relevance of employee experience and use and quality of employee self-service.
Creates and manages guidelines for beta testing for new products/experiences.
Creates proof of concept test scenarios and conducts usability testing.
Partners with Subject Matter Experts to identify new or updated self-service opportunities.
Identifies areas for product maintenance through routine analysis to ensure standardization guidelines relating to quality and relevance.
Create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment.
Performs all other job related duties as requested.
At least 5 years of work experience in HR, consulting, operations, or project management, marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Strategy, and/or HR Administration, Communications, or equivalent education and experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to lead and mentor a team.
Have interpersonal skill to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, desktop publishing and graphic design programs.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Experience in HR applications, including Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Jira, Neocase
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
