If you are a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience, please read on!

We are a fire sprinkler contractor with a 30+ years history, providing small and large scale clients with all things Fire Sprinkler Systems in California and Nevada. Our capabilities and teams allow us to work on projects that surpass $15 million in value and we are currently looking for a great Project Manager that can come in and hit the ground running.

What You Will Be Doing

As our project manager you will be coordinating and directing the design and implementation efforts of our high-profile projects for the company from inception to final product or outcome.

  • Independently manage project lifecycle in a timely and cost-effective manager

  • Coordinate project schedules

  • Manage teams of design engineers

  • Hire and organize individual team members and subcontractors

  • Maintain a set of report and working drawings where applicable, consulting with local building codes and AHJ's

  • Conduct final inspections and reports on project

What You Need for this Position

At least 5 years of experience in Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems and

  • Senior management/estimation experience w/ fire sprinkler systems, water foam and gas delivery systems

  • Senior full-cycle project management experience(design/build, pre-construction, subcontracting, scheduling etc.)

  • Experience working with CAD design software

  • Proven track record of project estimation & funds management

  • NICET Level 4 Certification is a PLUS
