Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud based solutions. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.

Skills and attributes for success

• Working in project teams through agreed upon phases ofproject governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, riskanalysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client'sproject lifecycle

• Leading team members in developing applicablemethodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership andaccelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology consultingmarket

• Providing broad technical and functional knowledge ofvarious key technology and business platforms

• Teaming with client technology professionals, andthird-party strategic alliances

• Developing long-term relationships and networks bothinternally and externally

• Interacting and communicating effectively withteammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives

To qualify for the role you musthave:

• Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of relatedwork experience

• Extensive experiencewithin leadership role and responsibilities delivering projects in SupplyChain Management, with focus toward Supply Planning and Demand Managementas a business domain.

• A good understandingof Value Chain Synchronization and Supply Chain Re- Invention will bebeneficial

• Thesuccessful candidate must also be willing and able to travel 70-90% of a workschedule

• Hands-onknowledge of demand and supply planning using o9

• Experience withAdvanced Planning tools like JDA, OM Partners, o9 and/or Kinaxis isrequired.

• Experience with o9 withdeep functional / domain expertise and hands on experiences inconfigurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications anddocumentations

• Led and managed minimum2-3 full lifecycle o9 Supply Chain Planning implementations in large andcomplex environment

• Lead and participate in:

• Gather Businessrequirements

• Analyze and transformto application requirements

• Perform Fit-GapAnalysis

• Lead Functional Designapproval process

• Strong interaction withdevelopment team to test and delivery the solution

• Assist customer duringUAT

• Prepare and Reviewdocumentations

• Working experience withOnsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferred.

• Subject matter in thefollowing Supply and Demand Planning area:

• Inventory Planning

• Planning Horizons

• Modelling Supply ChainConstraints

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, ComputerEngineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master’s degree in one of theseareas preferred

• Certifications and prior consulting experience highlypreferred
