The opportunity

EYs Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in Infor’s applications and technology space. Consultants in the Infor practice advise clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Our focus will be on helping our clients to implement technology to enable business and operational improvement.

Job Summary

Individual will work as part of a team or individually to lead the Human Capital Management (HCM) workstream of Infor ERP CloudSuite implementation, providing proven expertise during implementation, upgrade or redesign projects. General requirements include hands-on experience with implementations and/or upgrades of the Infor HCM functional suite, along with project leadership and subject-matter expertise. Position works directly with the client, providing hands-on leadership, process design, application build support, training, testing, problem resolution, go-live support and change management.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the Human Capital workstream of Infor ERP CloudSuite implementations, including project estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deploy phases

  • Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals

  • Lead the process to partner with clients to understand current-state processes and define future-state business processes based on business objectives

  • Provide leadership in data migration activities from an HCM business perspective

  • Configure applications according to requirements and design, and lead and/or conduct required testing (e.g., Conference Room Pilot, System Testing)

  • Lead the adoption of Infor Implementation Accelerators and lead workshops to aid in design process

  • Lead the development of project documentation such as test scripts and training materials to support user adoption

  • Lead training activities such as training strategy and planning as part of the project training process

  • Provide post go-live support

  • Manage resources and budget on client projects

  • Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures

  • Participate in program leadership, governance and change enablement

  • Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets and workplans

  • Participate in other business development activities as appropriate

  • Be flexible and willing to manage significant travel depending on the time of year; must have a valid driver’s license

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Deep experience in talent and human capital processes, including recruiting, hiring, administration, benefits and compensation, and payroll

  • Five to seven years of related work experience, with a minimum of two years of Lawson HCM, including one or more of the following:

  • Human Resources

  • Personnel Administration

  • Absence Management

  • Payroll

  • Benefits Administration

  • Employee and Manager Self-Services

  • Minimum of one recent Lawson HCM implementation, version 10 or higher (full life cycle to include requirements gathering, business process design, testing, go-live and production support)

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in the implementation of Infor Global Human Resources

  • Experience supporting health-related clients/industry

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
