Are you an experienced corporate marketer with demonstrated capabilities in planning, producing and executing client-focused campaigns and programs? Are you looking for an exciting, multifaceted role that will allow you to work with senior leaders to execute on marketing priorities? Join our Americas Tax Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team as a Supervising Associate and you will collaborate across the BMC team to help deliver strategic cross-channel marketing initiatives, ultimately elevating the EY Tax brand and market position, both internally and externally.

Employing a digital-first mindset, you will be responsible for crafting timely content, multimedia and communications, appropriately managing project timelines and resources, and regularly liaising with senior leaders. You will also support the development, execution and reporting of key strategic marketing programs, helping guide baseline statistics to empower analytic-based decision making.

As a BMC Supervising Associate, you’ll operate under limited supervision, working independently to support your team on a variety of marketing and communications activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Create moderate-to-complex marketing deliverables for the Americas Tax practice. These should inform and motivate various internal and external constituencies about Americas Tax initiatives and strategic programs.

  • Support the development, execution and measurement of cross-channel marketing campaigns to promote select tax solutions. Tactics may include webcasts, videos, speeches, thought leadership, meetings, events, presentations, email campaigns, and internal newsletters, among others.

  • Work with senior leaders to develop plans to effectively communicate strategic objectives and initiatives.

  • Create, develop and manage the project scope and schedule for multiple simple-to-mid-level projects.

  • Develop relationships with project stakeholders, market-facing teams and support resources.

  • Understand the external environmental factors affecting EY, the practice, and its markets.

  • Gain an understanding of the objectives and priorities of Americas Tax leadership, as well as other functional or sub-service line teams you may be asked to support.

  • Often act as project manager for large projects, or direct multiple activities of prominent learning events.

  • Oversee marketing campaign measurement and reporting to ensure effective return-on-investment.

  • Connect the dots across both internal and external messaging, including social media and public relations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships and work extremely collaboratively across the Tax practice globally.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Demonstrated cross-channel marketing experience

  • Comfort when working across service lines, sectors and/or your respective functional practice/internal client group

  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships and work collaboratively across the entire Americas Tax BMC team

  • Confidence in discussing key business issues with BMC leadership

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills

  • Excellent listening and interpretation skills

  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • A minimum of 5 years marketing experience

  • Bachelors degree, with a Marketing or Business major or equivalent area of experience
